1. Eligibility for Return

• Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

• Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Books

• Jewels

• Bangles

• Clothing worn/washed/altered

• Clearance/sale items
  (For hygiene and safety reasons)

3. Return Process

• Contact us with order number, product images, and issue details.

• After approval, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the product back.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued as:

• Store credit, or

• Bank/UPI refund (for eligible cases)

5. Refund Timeframe

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.

6. Exchange

• Exchange is subject to stock availability.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before shipping.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
